Freeze-Dried Process

1. Freshly harvested fruits are cleaned, sliced and frozen at -30 deg Celsius
2. Frozen fruit slices are placed in a vacuum chamber where 98% of moisture is removed by evaporating the ice in temperature of -50 deg Celsius
3. Freeze-dried fruit slices are collected and inspected
4. QC-certified fruit slices are packed into moisture- and vacuum-proof packages to preserve nutrition, flavor and freshness
