Harvest-to-Pack process

1. Ecological quality assurance at the plantations
2. Durian & Mango meats are extracted
3. Durian seeds removed (except for FD w/seed)
4. Durian processed into ice-cream/paste
5. Vacuum sealed and stored at -18 deg Celsius
